List models (OpenAI format)

See which models your API key can use and which endpoints each model supports.

Compatible with OpenAI’s List models. Returns the models the current API key can use.

Which models are returned

Only models that are available in your key’s group and already have a price.
If the key has Model Limits, only the models on that list. In our tests, a key limited to deepseek-v4-flash saw only that one model here.

One URL, three formats

/v1/models picks its response format from the request headers:

Request	Format returned
Both `x-api-key` and `anthropic-version` headers	Anthropic format
`x-goog-api-key` header or `?key=` query parameter	Gemini format
Anything else (for example `Authorization: Bearer`)	The OpenAI format described here

/v1beta/openai/models also returns the OpenAI format.

Response

Field	Description
`object`	Always `list`.
`success`	Always `true`.
`data[].id`	Model ID; put it in the `model` parameter.
`data[].object`	Always `model`.
`data[].created`	A fixed value with no meaning.
`data[].owned_by`	The type of service behind the model.
`data[].supported_endpoint_types`	Endpoints this model supports; see below.
